Departure to CR

The day started at 5 am. It’s been a crazy few days before this trip. Thursday night I wasn’t even sure we were even going to still be able to go; my mom had fallen and was at the ER in SC, 2.5 hrs away!!

Thankfully she had surgery yesterday, and seemed to be much much better. So I rushed back to Atlanta and packed until midnight, got a few hours of sleep, then headed to the airport!

We are now at the gate waiting to board our 4 hr flight to CR!
